1. Who we are

Comidito is a kids nutrition app operated by Accelerazione. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data under applicable privacy laws (including Brazil’s LGPD).

2. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, authentication credentials.
• Child profiles: name, age/birth date, feeding phase and method, as provided by parents/guardians.
• App usage: food diary, acceptance levels, favorites, meal plans, and in-app interactions.
• Subscription: plan status and payment data handled by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers in the app).
• Technical data: device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics when enabled.

3. How we use data

• Provide and manage your account;
• Personalize recipes and recommendations;
• Generate AI meal plans, lists, and chatbot answers;
• Process Premium subscriptions;
• Provide support and comply with law;
• Improve security, reliability, and product quality.

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure/auth providers, AI providers (when used), app stores/payment processors, monitoring tools, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Children

Comidito is intended for parents/guardians. Child data is provided by adults for nutrition personalization. Children are not meant to create their own accounts.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal purposes. After account deletion, associated personal data is removed, except limited legal retention (e.g. payment records when required). See account deletion instructions.
